Buckley Town Council is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Paul Rathbone, the Mayor’s Consort and devoted husband of Cllr Lorraine Rathbone.
Paul served alongside the Mayor with unwavering dedication, kindness, and integrity. He carried out his role with dignity and genuine commitment, and his warmth and goodwill were felt by all who had the pleasure of meeting him.
His contribution to civic life and his support for the community of Buckley will be remembered with gratitude.
We extend our heartfelt thoughts and deepest sympathy to Cllr Rathbone and her family at this difficult time.
